MINISTRIES
Spanish Service
Join us every Sunday at 1:00 PM for a Spanish-language worship service rooted in biblical teaching, joyful worship, and Christian fellowship. Experience the truth, grace, and community that have long been the foundation of Christ the King Church.
Nursery
Our nursery provides a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for infants and children up to age 3 during the entire worship service. Caring volunteers help ensure your little ones are well cared for while parents can participate fully in worship and the teaching of God's Word.
Children’s Church
Children's Church provides a fun, engaging environment where children ages 3–8 learn biblical truths through age-appropriate Bible stories, lessons, and activities during the worship service. Our goal is to help young hearts grow in their knowledge of God and His Word while building a strong foundation of faith.
Jr & Sr High Youth Group
Our combined Junior and Senior High Youth Group brings together students in grades 6–12 for fellowship, worship, Bible teaching, and fun in a Christ-centered environment. Through regular gatherings and special events, we seek to help students grow in their faith, build lasting friendships, and develop a heart for sharing the hope of the gospel with others.
Young Adults
Our Young Adults ministry is designed for adults ages 18–30 and seeks to encourage a lifelong commitment to Christ through biblical teaching, fellowship, and discipleship. Through interactive Bible studies, monthly events, and meaningful relationships, we aim to help the next generation embrace and pass on a vibrant faith that glorifies God.
Adult Sunday School
Our Adult Sunday School classes provide opportunities for deeper study of God's Word and practical biblical topics in a smaller group setting. Offered seasonally throughout the year, these classes encourage spiritual growth, meaningful discussion, and fellowship with other believers.
Men’s Discipleship
Our Men's Bible Study and Discipleship ministry meets seasonally, typically on Saturday mornings, to help men grow in their relationship with Christ and His Word. Through biblical teaching, discussion, encouragement, and accountability, men are equipped to faithfully follow Christ in their homes, workplaces, and communities.
242 Small Groups
Our 2:42 Groups provide opportunities to build meaningful relationships and grow together in Christ through Bible study, fellowship, prayer, and mutual encouragement. Inspired by Acts 2:42, these groups are a vital part of church life, helping believers deepen their faith, strengthen connections, and support one another in their walk with the Lord.
Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School is an exciting week-long summer adventure for children ages 4–11, featuring a fun theme, engaging Bible lessons, music, games, crafts, and activities. Through an unforgettable week of learning and fellowship, children discover the truth of God's Word and the hope found in Jesus Christ.
Prayer Meeting
Our Prayer Meeting gathers on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month as a time to seek the Lord together through worship, thanksgiving, and intercessory prayer. This ministry encourages believers to depend on God, bear one another's burdens, and unite in prayer for the needs of our church, community, and world.
Women’s Bible Study
Our Women's Bible Study and Discipleship ministry meets seasonally, typically on Thursday evenings, to encourage women to grow in their faith and become mature disciples of Jesus Christ. Through the study of God's Word, meaningful relationships, and biblical encouragement, women are equipped to practice truth in love and help one another follow Christ more faithfully.
Market Street Mission
Christ the King Church is committed to serving our community through partnership with the Market Street Mission in Morristown, and we encourage members to get involved in this meaningful ministry. On the third Sunday evening of each month, our church leads the Mission's chapel service, providing opportunities to share the hope of the gospel through worship, teaching, and personal encouragement.
First Choice
We encourage our church family to support and participate in the ministry of First Choice Women's Resource Centers as they provide compassionate care, practical assistance, and hope to women and families facing pregnancy-related decisions. Christ the King is grateful to partner with this important ministry through prayer, volunteer involvement, and an annual financial commitment.
Missions
At Christ the King, we are committed to advancing the gospel both locally and around the world through prayer, financial support, and personal involvement in missions. We partner with ministries in Africa, France, Haiti, and Southeast Asia that are focused on gospel proclamation, church planting, and compassionate care for the poor, vulnerable, and unreached.
